An 8 - 10 week internship is a great way to gain some experience working on websites in a professional environment. Not only that, you’ll get a monthly travel bonus, and a reference letter at the end of your stay.

Got skills?

• You have a degree or diploma in programming, Microsoft technologies, computer science, or a related post-secondary education
• You are at ease with ASP, .Net (C#/VB), Javascript, XML, DOM, and SQL Server
• Knowledge of website design best practices (sample of work will be required)
• HTML, Java Script and CSS skills
• Experience working in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of .Net using C# as well as knowledge of SQL and relational database structures
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages a plus
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Development and day-to-day maintenance of web content
• Assist in programming effective web pages and web-based applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues

• You’ve got a positive outlook, and a life outside of work (World of Warcraft doesn’t count!)
• You’re a self-starter who takes initiative
• You’re organized and can manage your time effectively in order to consistently meet deadlines
• You can communicate technical ideas to non-technical people
• You can communicate effectively via Email, over the phone and in person (yes, you sometimes visit clients!), and can create documentation when needed
• You have definitely moved out of your parents’ basement (at least once!)

We’re busy people, that’s for sure. But most nights we leave around 5 or 6, and you can pretty much always make plans for most weekends. We know better than to burn you out. We don’t spend all our free time together, but if you like to crack a joke, you’ll find we’re all ears and if it is funny we may even laugh ...
